I Watch 4 You, LLC is owned and operated by Kurt Gruendler, a Scottsdale resident of more than 20 years who understands the unique expectations of luxury homeowners in the Valley of the Sun.

With a long-standing interest in real estate and property ownership, Kurt recognized a clear need among Arizona homeowners—particularly seasonal residents—for a professional, reliable home watch and managed concierge service built on training, accountability, and trust. That vision led to the formation of I Watch 4 You, LLC, a company dedicated to protecting high-value homes while their owners are away.

Unlike many who enter the home watch industry without formal preparation, Kurt made professional training a priority from the outset. He traveled to Sarasota, Florida to complete an intensive home watch training program, ensuring his services meet established industry standards. He is professionally trained and background checked through Your Home Watch Professionals and is a graduate of their certification program.

Kurt is also a Founding Member of the International Home Watch Alliance, where he previously served as the Arizona state lead, helping shape best practices within the industry. In addition, he is a vetted and background-checked member of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), having met the organization’s stringent requirements for professionalism, ethics, and operational standards.
