QUIET STEWARDSHIP
Personal attention. A clear record.
Thoughtful Home Watch starts with understanding the residence and setting clear expectations. The details of the visit—and the limits of the service—matter.
THE FOUNDATION
Know the home. Agree the details.
An intentionally local practice, built around individual residences rather than a universal checklist.
Begin with the residence
A private consultation is the starting point for identifying the accessible rooms, structures, exterior areas, and preferences that belong on your checklist. Confirm property availability and scope before service begins.
Agree the scope
Discuss visit arrangements privately, define the property-specific checklist and identify authorized contacts. Consult your insurer about any policy-specific requirements.
Observe and document
Visual observations, property-specific checklists, time-stamped photographs, and visit notes create a practical record. These are observations of obvious issues, not specialist testing or continuous monitoring.
Clarify communication and follow-up
Before service begins, discuss who should be contacted, how findings will be communicated, and what authorization is required for any outside work or spending. Response procedures and availability must be confirmed with Kurt.
PHOTO-DOCUMENTED VISITS
Clarity you can return to.
The business uses HomeWatchIT® for visit reporting and access to online history. The existing client portal and tutorial remain available at their original destinations.

What was visible, and where attention may be needed.
Context for a conversation about next steps.
Concept only. No client data or actual visit findings are shown. Not a HomeWatchIT® screen.
Clear boundaries are part of good service.
Home Watch is not a security service, a building inspection, property management, or a substitute for qualified specialists. It does not include round-the-clock attendance or automatic repairs.
