Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. Visits involve agreed accessible areas, observation, documentation, and communication. They are not security services, property management, technical certification, repairs, or continuous monitoring. Home Watch is not an emergency-response service or a substitute for emergency services and appropriately qualified specialists.
Concierge tasks, vehicle starts, short operational drives, and service-appointment coordination are by arrangement and authorization. No chauffeuring or mechanical expertise is represented. Third-party providers are responsible for their own services. Owners should confirm individual insurance and building requirements with the relevant provider or association.
Inquiries and service agreements
An inquiry does not establish a service agreement or confirm an appointment. Public online intake is temporarily unavailable; the contact page lists available alternatives. No payment is collected on this website. Microsoft Bookings is separate and uses its own confirmation process. Visit scope, frequency, access, authorizations, and service terms must be agreed separately.
Coverage is limited to select properties in Scottsdale and Fountain Hills within the five listed ZIP areas. Map shading is approximate, not an acceptance of every address within it.
Acceptable use
Use this site lawfully and provide accurate contact information when making a request. Do not submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or submit information about another person without appropriate authority.
Content, imagery, and third parties
Website text, designs, trademarks, photographs, and linked resources remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Architectural imagery is illustrative and does not depict or identify client properties. Reporting examples are labeled illustrations, not completed client reports or reproductions of the HomeWatchIT interface.
External websites and services, including the client portal, tutorials, and booking service, operate under their own terms. Links do not imply endorsement of all external content or extend the agreed service scope.
