Information and purpose
The private consultation form requests first name, last name, email and phone, with an optional property address. Contact permission, its wording version, submission time and review status are also recorded. Earlier inquiry records may contain the fields used by the previous form. These details are used to review and respond to the inquiry, not to establish a booking.
Public online intake is temporarily unavailable. The contact page explains the available contact options. Requests already saved are held in restricted Base44-hosted application storage, accessible to application administrators. Email notifications from this form are not enabled.
Interview guide requests
The free interview guide has a separate draft request form for first name and email, with optional phone and ZIP. Public guide capture is not enabled yet; the shareable PDF can be viewed without providing this information. Administrator test requests are saved in restricted Base44 storage, with submission identifiers, request dates, source attribution, and separate email and internal-notification statuses. No guide email service or internal notification recipient is currently configured.
The optional, initially unchecked marketing choice is separate from a guide request. We record the latest choice and preserve earlier consent evidence; an unchecked repeat is not a new opt-in and does not remove earlier evidence or override an unsubscribe or suppression. This draft does not subscribe anyone to a marketing list or start a nurture sequence. A guide request does not establish a client relationship. Guide-specific analytics are disabled until a tracking consent arrangement is approved. No raw IP address is stored by this feature.
Keep sensitive details out
Do not submit access codes, alarm details, exact travel itineraries, collection values, or other sensitive property information. There is no attachment upload. Any detailed service intake should be arranged separately.
Contact choices and marketing
The initially unchecked contact-permission checkbox allows a response to the request by email or phone. It does not consent to marketing or text messages. The form has no mailing-list signup or bundled marketing consent.
Storage and requests
Base44 provides website hosting and application data storage. We do not represent a provider certification, a particular encryption arrangement, or a fixed provider retention period. There is no automated deletion schedule configured for inquiry records; administrators can remove records. Records should be retained only for handling the request and applicable operational or legal needs.
You may request access, correction, or deletion through our contact page, or by calling (480) 356-0438. We may need enough information to identify the record and confirm the request is yours. Please do not send sensitive property information for that purpose.
Technical requests and external services
Hosting and content providers receive ordinary technical web requests when the site loads. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts; images are requested from their displayed hosts. The coverage map requests map resources from Mapbox and uses U.S. Census geographic boundary data. No visitor location permission or real client-location pins are used.
Microsoft Bookings, the existing external client portal, YouTube tutorials, and original articles are separate destinations. Information entered there is handled under those services’ own terms and privacy practices. Client portal credentials are not collected on this website. No custom advertising pixel or Google Analytics integration has been added to this build.
