We hired Kurt during our first meeting with him. It was evident that he takes a lot of pride in his work. He is friendly, professional and very thorough. This is not just a walk through service. He really does watch out for you and your home. We are very pleased with I Watch 4 You and Kurt...
We are lucky enough to live next door to Kurt and have him watching our house when we summer in Illinois. Sprinkler heads going off in yard and roof flashing coming off roof while we were absent were this past summers fixes. He is well qualified and trustworthy when watching our home. We highly recommend his services!
Kurt is highly professional. I leave my house in his hands without reservation. He does a complete job and I have never worried while away. Kurt is always on time and has his eye out to keep my home safe and sound. I recommend his services completely!!
I have been using Kurt since May of this year and have been very pleased with his service. I find pricing to be reasonable for the services offered and I am glad to have someone watching over the property while I am away. Another advantage to this service, especially for those new to the area, is Kurt can offer referrals to contractors if needed and he is always available to contact with questions regarding the property. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to have their home watched while away.
Thank you for your services last year, as I appreciated your professionalism and attention to detail in providing your services and the peace of mind that my house was being taken care of. Should I ever be asked for a recommendation on absentee house care I would not hesitate to recommend your services! All the best for your future business activities.
We have been very pleased with Kurt and the service he provides for us while we are away for the summer in Montana!
I wanted to write you to let you know how happy Angeline and I are with your Home Watch Services! Having been the owner of multiple houses, and using the services of multiple house watch companies, I must say that I am more than impressed with your company. I have never had a house watch company that even approaches the professionalism and degree of service your firm provides! I felt very comfortable over the summer that my home was in the best of hands. Your advanced technology and reporting mechanisms are way ahead of any I have ever seen and instill confidence. Angeline and I thank you and look forward to having you take care of our homes for years to come.
Kurt is wonderful! Everything was very clear from the first meeting. He is always available to answer questions or for additional services. I don't worry about anything with Kurt watching over my home. He is a pleasure to work with and I will gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a home watch service.
We have used Kurt for our home in North Scottsdale for nearly a year. Recently we had a water leak from one of the storms. His response was exactly as promised. He quickly found a contractor within his network and handled the problem. I would highly recommend his service to anyone!
